General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern sales made on the website www.sawafootball.com (hereinafter "the Site").
Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions are intended to define the reciprocal rights and obligations between SawaFootball and any person wishing to make a purchase via the Site.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described with the utmost care.
Photographs, videos and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual document.
SawaFootball reserves the right to modify its product offerings or their characteristics at any time, without affecting orders already placed.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes.
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
SawaFootball reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Order
All orders are registered upon validation of payment.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer to validate that the order has been received.
SawaFootball reserves the right to cancel any order that appears abnormal or incomplete.
5. Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered on the Site (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
Payment is fully secure via the payment platform used by Shopify.
SawaFootball does not store or have access to the customer's banking information.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated when the order was placed.
Delivery times are specified when placing the order and may vary depending on the destination.
SawaFootball cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
In case of loss of the package or any other problem, the customer must contact customer service at: Sawafootball.enterprise@gmail.com.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In compliance with article Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to Sawafootball.enterprise@gmail.com.
The products must be returned. New, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by SawaFootball (defective or non-compliant product).
After receipt and verification, a refund or credit note will be carried out.
8. Responsibility
SawaFootball cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product or from force majeure.
SawaFootball's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order in question.
9. Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order management and customer relations.
They are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The customer has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their personal data by writing to Sawafootball.enterprise@gmail.com.
No data is sold or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, videos, designs, etc.) are the exclusive property of SawaFootball.
Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
In the absence of an agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
