At Sawafootball, we pride ourselves on offering you quality products. However, if you encounter a problem with your order, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Refund conditions
We only accept refund requests in the following cases:
- 90-Day Guarantee : All of our products are under a money-back guarantee; within this period, you can request a refund for any reason by returning the product to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Refunds

2. Return conditions

- Item condition : Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use will not be refunded.
- Error originating from the client: In the event that the error originates from the customer, we unfortunately will not accept returns or exchanges.
3. Return process

- Documents to provide : We ask that you attach photos to your request showing the product defect or size/product error, in order to facilitate the review of your request.
- Return shipping costs : If the return request is validated (defective product or order error), the return costs will be covered by our team.
- Refund method : Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refund period : After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 30 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a defective product or the wrong size, you can request an exchange. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs for the correct product.
